A record 18,150 voters in Orange County turned out to cast their ballots on Monday, Oct. 21, the first day of early voting, according to the Supervisor of Elections.
Monday's turnout broke the record set in the 2020 November General Election when 16,781 Orange County voters cast ballots on the first day of early voting.
Two additional early voting locations were added in anticipation of the demand, Elections Supervisor Glen Gilzean said in a Monday press release, bringing the total to 22.
Early voting takes place daily through Nov. 3, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check our listings for locations. You can also drop off mail-in ballots at any early voting location.
On Election Day, drop mail-in ballots off at the Supervisor of Elections office at 119 Kaley St., Orlando or exchange your mail-in ballot for a regular ballot.
